Position Calibration: Ultrasonic sensors can also detect whether the vehicle is parked at the center of the car wash machine. Ultrasonic Sensor Controls the Distance Between the Spray Bar and the Vehicle Body

Real-time Distance Measurement: The ultrasonic sensor is mounted on the spray bar and continuously monitors the distance between the spray bar and the vehicle body. By comparing this with the preset safe distance, the sensor ensures that the spray bar is always within the optimal cleaning range.
Dynamic Adjustment: If the distance between the spray bar and the vehicle body exceeds the set range, the car wash control system receives signals from the ultrasonic sensor and automatically adjusts the position of the spray bar or the working state of the motor to ensure the spray bar remains at the optimal cleaning distance, thus optimizing the cleaning effect.
