1. High-Precision Measurement: Provides measurement accuracy of 2 μm within a range of 26 mm to 34 mm, and 75 μm within a range of 100 mm to 400 mm.

2. Triangulation Method: Utilizes triangulation to detect displacement, flatness, thickness, vibration, distance, and diameter.

3. Data Acquisition and Analysis: Supports the statistics of maximum, minimum, and average values, with waveform display and data export for further analysis.

4. Differential Calculation and Limit Setting: Allows differential calculation between two sensors, with upper and lower limit settings and zeroing display functionality.

5. Multiple Output Options: Compatible with RS485, analog output, and switch output to meet diverse industrial needs.

Solutions

To ensure the accuracy of smartphone screen installation, three GFL-G Series laser displacement sensors are deployed above the critical detection points of the screen, including the four corners and the center area. This arrangement provides comprehensive coverage of the inspection range, ensuring precise and stable measurements.
1. Sensor Installation
▪️Mount the sensors on calibrated, stable brackets to avoid measurement errors caused by vibration or external interference.
▪️Ensure the sensors are positioned perpendicular to the detection surface, with the distance maintained within the specified range for optimal performance.

2. Cable Connections
▪️Securely connect the sensor cables to prevent loosening or signal transmission issues.
▪️Check that the cable routing complies with industrial standards to avoid signal loss or disconnection due to bending or pulling.

3. Inspection Process
▪️Use the sensors' multiple output modes (such as RS485, analog output, etc.) to transmit real-time detection data to PLC or IPC systems for analysis.
▪️Utilize the differential calculation function and upper/lower limit settings to promptly determine whether the screen position meets installation standards, preventing defective products from proceeding to the next stage.
