1. Transmitter and receiver
Transmitter and receiver: The transmitter has built-in linearly arranged high-energy light-emitting elements, and the receiver has built-in receiving elements with the same number as the transmitter. The corresponding photoelectric elements of the transmitter and the receiver are triggered synchronously in sequence to detect whether the light path is conductive. When the car passes through the scanning area, part or all of the light beam is blocked and thus detected.

2. Controller
Read and process the synchronous scanning signal of the transmitter/receiver, detect the working status of the light curtain at the same time, and provide a variety of output signals, such as: switch output, serial port output or analog output. Considering the reliability of the system and the ease of installation, the commonly used vehicle separators on the market are two-box products with built-in controllers, without independent external controllers.

3. Protective cover
It is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy material to provide protection for the separator. It has built-in electric heating glass, temperature controller, and humidity controller to achieve automatic heating when the humidity is too high and the temperature is too low, so as to ensure the reliable use of the vehicle separator in humid areas, rainy and snowy weather, and cold seasons.
